Hello Breathless Beauties, thank you so much for choosing and trusting me to service your beauty needs. PLEASE read through these policies thoroughly and carefully before booking your appointment. Cancellation policy We require a 24 hour minimum notice for any cancellations/rescheduling. If you do cancel or would like to reschedule your appointment under the 24 hour notice you will be a charged a 25% fee, no exceptions, to avoid this from happening please cancel/reschedule your appointment when you receive the confirmation text/email 24 hours prior to you appointment. Late Arrivals Please notify us if you will be running late. If you are 15 minutes late a $10 fee will be added to your appointment. However, complete coverage is not guaranteed. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and a 25% fee will be required before you can book any further appointments. No show If you no show/no call you will be charged 50% (absolutely no exceptions) of the service, this fee also applies if you call to cancel after your appointment time has started. Please be mindful that my time matters as well. No shows mean I lost on another potential full paying client. It’s not personal, it is a business decision. 50% will be charged 15 minutes after appointment time has began. Thank you for understanding. Refunds We do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service you received, please notify us immediately. We offer a one time complimentary follow up appointment that is limited to 45 minutes. One time complimentary follow up appointment must be made within 48 hours of the initial appointment. No children Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services I do not allow children to your appointment during your service. Please arrange for appropriate child care.
